Description
A cylindrical log of soft pasteurised cheese with white mould coat and distinctive flavour. Manufactured from goat’s milk. Presented unwrapped and uncovered on base with plastic straw supports. Some desiccation (weight loss) will occur. Coat: Thin white mould fine and airy. Pale and creamy white in colour. Smooth texture with no airholes. Clean and mild at beginning of shelf life. Tasty and strong goat flavour towards end of life. Fine and softening/sticky with age chalky when young.
